We collect, triage, curate, and score IoCs from diverse publicly available Internet sources using advanced agentic AI systems and automation. Our AI-driven approach enhances the accuracy, speed, and relevance of our threat intelligence, enabling organizations and cybersecurity professionals to strengthen their threat detection and response capabilities.

1. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your internal business purposes, such as threat analysis, security operations, and risk management. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content without our prior written consent.

• Use the Content to develop competing products or services.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Content or the Service.

• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, including data protection, export control, or cybersecurity regulations.

• Automate scraping or bulk downloading of the Content beyond standard protocol interactions, unless explicitly authorized.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. AI-Driven Data Sources and Methodology

The Content is derived from a variety of public and open-source Internet sources, including security blogs, threat feeds, and community reports. Our proprietary agentic AI systems, combined with advanced automation, collect, triage, curate, and assign scores to IoCs based on factors such as relevance, timeliness, and potential impact. Our AI algorithms continuously learn and adapt to emerging threats, providing high-quality, actionable intelligence. While we leverage state-of-the-art AI to ensure accuracy and reliability, the Content is inherently probabilistic and subject to the limitations of source data quality and automated processing.

3. Disclaimers

The service and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Threat intelligence is dynamic and evolves rapidly. IoCs may become outdated, inaccurate, or irrelevant over time. While our AI-driven processes aim to deliver precise and timely data, reliance on the Content is at your own risk. We disclaim any responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the Content, including any false positives, false negatives, or missed threats.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall tier4security inc., Its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US Dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Content ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
